What are the ingredients in Maskcara makeup?
One of the most frequently asked questions I get is "what are the ingredients in Maskcara makeup?"
And I always want to applaud those who ask, because if we're getting real, there are SO many chemicals in the world that are really dangerous. In fact, so many that in the European Union over 1300 ingredients are banned from being used in cosmetics.
Unfortunately, the US doesn't have near as strict of standards, so many cosmetic companies don't adhere. In fact, MOST probably don't adhere to EU standards. But Maskcara does.
Maskcara provides ingredient lists of each and every product, and we do not claim anything like "all natural" or "pure" or any phrases like that because they are NOT regulated phrases. So pretty much, anyone could say it, and then hide their ingredients, and be lying about it. So Maskcara just tries to be really upfront with our ingredient lists and won't make unregulated claims. So when using ewg.org to individually check all of our ingredients, they all rank a 4 or under on the danger scale, which is insanely good for make up. You can definitely check them yourself with the links below.
